Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all competitions operated by GoldDrop UK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years or older

Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise

Employees or affiliates of GoldDrop UK are not permitted to enter

2. How to Enter

To enter a competition:

Select a competition (“drop”)

Submit your answer to the skill-based question

Purchase one or more entries

Each entry requires a correct answer to the skill-based question.

3. Free Postal Entry

You may enter any competition for free by post.

To enter, send a postcard or letter including:

Your full name

Your address

Your email address

The competition name

Your answer to the skill-based question

Only one postal entry per person per competition

Entries must be received before the competition closes

Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified

Postal entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries

4. Entry Limits

The total number of entries available for each competition will be clearly stated

Once all entries are sold, the competition will close

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries

The draw will take place once all entries are sold

The process will be conducted fairly and transparently

6. Prizes

All prizes are as described on the competition page

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated

We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via email or phone via details provided

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected

8. Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner

We are not responsible for incorrect address details

9. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Provides incorrect or incomplete information

Attempts to manipulate the competition

Does not correctly answer the skill-based question

10. Limitation of Liability

GoldDrop UK is not responsible for:

Technical failures

Lost or delayed entries

Events beyond our control

11. General

We reserve the right to amend or cancel competitions if necessary
